Basic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:


1/4 cup red wine vinegar or rice wine

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard no-salt added

1 dash red -- (cayenne) pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
